【职位要求】
1. Senior Scientist/Professor position of "The National Thousand (Young) Talents Program": PhD degree, under 40 years old, with more than 3 years oversea research experience, strong academic records or excellent achievements in related industry that fits the talent program’s requirement, strong leadership or experience in guiding research team.
2. Senior Scientist/Professor position of "100 Talents Project of the CAS": PhD degree, with more than 3 years oversea research experience, no more than 5 years after graduation when the candidate applies, strong academic records or excellent achievements in industry that fits the talent program’s requirement, strong leadership or experience in guiding research team.
3. Senior Scientist/Professor position: PhD degree, under 40 years old, with more than 3 years oversea research experience, exceptional track record of research in related discipline within the last five years (including 2-3 high impact papers or key patents), or excellent achievements in industry, strong leadership or experience in guiding research team.
4. Associate Scientist/Professor of “100 talents project of QIBEBT”: “100 talents project of QIBEBT” is a high-level talent program launched by the institute, aimed at recruiting young, innovative scholars that demonstrate their strong potential of be leading scientist. Basic requirements: PhD degree, under 35 years old (outstanding candidates could be under 40 years old), with more than 2 years oversea research experience, exceptional track record of research in related discipline within the last five years (including 2-3 high impact papers or key patents), or excellent achievements in industry.
5. Postdoctors: PhD degree, under 40 years old, excellent research records. Candidates are eligible to apply “CAS President’s International Fellowship Initiative, PIFI” which provide 200,000RMB/year(two years) and Qingdao Postdoc Fellowship 5000RMB/month.
【福利及薪资】
The recruited faculty at different academic levels will be supported with competitive salary (Up to 300,000 RMB per year ), the start-up package (including start-up funds of 1,000,000-4,000,000RMB, newly renovated office/lab), housing allowance of 200,000-1500,000RMB, and other possible benefits commensurate with qualifications. All of the offers above are negotiable, and more flexible terms of appointment may be considered for the exceptional candidate.
